Method of training
Working method and learning principles around the modules The program is structured according to the Knowledge-Insight-Application-Reflection principle. This way you can learn optimally before, during and after the modules. Knowledge | before the start of a module You will gain knowledge about the subject of the module in advance, for this you will find in this online learning environment: Short videos Literature, articles to read A small assignment in preparation for the module, we will work on this during that module Insight | during a module During the module we work as experience-oriented as possible. You will practice a lot and those exercises are the basis for new insight. The modules are structured as follows: Introduction (15 min) Interactive exercise (30 min) Energizer (10 min) Break (10 min) Assignment or case (40 min) Take out (10 min) We need all the time to get everyone through experience to learn. As a result, we choose to elaborate on these experiences verbally as little as possible. You can reflect on the experiences of, during and after the main module during the intermediate module (these are the B modules, 2B, 2C, 3C, 4C and 5C). Application | After a module After the modules you get to work in practice: you can immediately apply what you have learned. Applying it in practice provides the greatest learning contribution. To this end, you can create a digital portfolio from the start of the training (learning objectives, reflection reports, etc.) to record and anchor what you have practiced. Reflection | During an in-between module The in-between modules are especially intended for reflection and exchange. This intermediate module takes place in the group, so that you can learn from everyone's experiences. Here you can: Reflect together with others on your practical experiences and ask what you have learned Questions about the literature and the main module Extra coaching & intervision In order to make the learning experiences as deep as possible, we also offer tailor-made extra coaching and intervision. You can fill in two hours of extra learning interventions of your choice. You are more than welcome to use this, it is not an obligation. There are two options: Individual coaching. This is possible for deepening a learning question or for deeper anchoring of learning experiences Intervision with several participants at the same time. This is possible to explore common themes and experiences. Make an appointment for this extra coaching and intervision via: leiderschapinluesterday@ese.eur.nl
